Arrival at Manila airport

01 / 02 - Day 2
Arrival in Banaue
Breakfast. Transfer to Manila airport and flight to Cauayan. 4 hours by local transport to Banaue. Accommodation and overnight in the village of Cambulo.

01 / 02 - Day 3
Banaue – Pula village – Cambulo
07:30: breakfast in Banaue. Pack a light bag for the hike. 08:30: departure for the Banaue rice terraces, with a stop to take in these iconic landscapes before the trek begins. 09:30: hike to the village of Pula (4 to 5 hours' walking), through mountains and rice terraces. 14:30: arrival in Pula. Lunch and a chance to cool off in the river. 15:30: back on the trail towards Cambulo (about 2 hours), through the heart of the Ifugao countryside. 17:30: arrival in Cambulo and check-in at the guesthouse. This charming village is where you meet local hospitality first-hand.

01 / 02 - Day 4
Cambulo – Batad rice terraces – Tappiyah waterfall
08:00: breakfast and departure for Batad, where you discover the striking stone rice terraces shaped by the Ifugao more than 2,000 years ago. 11:00: arrival in Batad and hike to the Tappiyah waterfall (50 metres high). Free time to swim, and lunch on site. 14:00: back to Batad and a tour of the village: an introduction to traditional rice processing, and a visit to an ancestral Ifugao house with an explanation of local life. 16:30: return to the guesthouse.

01 / 02 - Day 5
Batad – Awwa viewpoint – Patpat and Habbang villages – Banaue
08:30: breakfast, then a hike to the Awwa viewpoint (2 hours), a still little-known spot with an exceptional panorama over Batad's natural amphitheatre. 11:00: walk to the traditional villages of Patpat and Habbang, an authentic glimpse of local life. 15:00: arrival in Habbang, where a vehicle is waiting to continue the discovery: a stop at the Ducligan rice terraces, a panorama over Snake River, and a look at the UNESCO-listed Bangaan terraces. 16:00: return to Banaue and end of the circuit.

- Day 6
Transfer to the airport
08:00: breakfast. 08:30: departure for the 8-hour drive to Manila. 12:30: lunch at your own expense. Arrival at Manila airport and flight to Panglao. Arrival and transfer to your guesthouse.

- Day 7 + Day 8 + Day 9
Sports training
Breakfast. Morning (1 hr 30): session of your choice — fitness / muay thai / kickboxing / strength training / yoga. Afternoon (1 hr 30): second training session. Free time to explore the town's culture, local markets and museums.

Excursion to Pamilacan Island
07:30: breakfast. 08:30: departure for a boat trip to Pamilacan Island: marine wildlife watching, snorkelling, and an idyllic beach. 12:30: lunch on the island. Return and end of the circuit.

Transfer to the airport for the return flight
Free morning for shopping and relaxing. Transfer to the airport for the return flight.
